To celebrate 136 years of Elder Park, and the completion of the Govan Road entranceway improvement works, Mrs Elder’s Glorious Gift is organising a Community Craft Attack in Elder Park for the weekend of the 26th/27th of June. Members of the Impact Arts Craft Cafe , Gilded Lily, and Plantation Production’s Creative Steps Programme communities are all taking part.

Just because we can’t all get together in person quite yet, we can still have a socially distanced community celebration. Creative steps are offering craft packs & an optional instructional workshop on zoom for anyone who wants to get involved in this community craft attack. Packs will be available for collection on Tuesday 8th june from 10 – 12 at ‘Gallery 966’, 966 govan road. Alternative arrangements can be made to collect or receive a pack via the following link. Please click this link and reserve a pack before June 3rd. Groups can also register interest in taking part in the Craft Attack via the link.
The workshop is scheduled for Tuesday June 15th from 11 – 12. If you cannot make it then there will be instructions in the pack.
