The K13 Memorial commemorates the lives of the men who died in the K13 submarine disaster in 1917. The granite monument is situated in Govan’s Elder Park and is an important feature of Elder Park and Govan’s cultural heritage.
The granite sections are now misaligned and allowing water ingress and works are proposed to return the feature to good condition.
