This fabulous new build housing project is situated at Rathlin Street in the heart of historic Govan and is sympathetically designed to complement the character of the existing architectural and historical sites within Govan Conservation area.
Led by Govan Housing Association, the development has an excellent location, enjoying a high level of nearby amenities including the Pearce Institute, The Portal and other local shops and services. The area has superb access to public transport (bus and Subway) and motorway links.
The project provides a combination of 58 houses and flatted apartments. The 12 homes for low cost sale sold out almost immediately upon completion and a further 46 homes are provided for rent.
Rathlin Street was also improved by installing new street surfaces, parking spaces and landscaping to create an attractive, residential environment for residents and visitors.
