Don’t judge by appearances…
Riverside Hall is a friendly and vibrant community hall that sits nestled in Clydebrae Street in the Riverside area of Govan. As the focal point for many community activities, clubs and events, the hall is a vital part of the local social scene. It’s run down appearance certainly belies the warm welcome that awaits inside, so a full refurbishment is planned to make the hall fabulous inside and out.
Proposed works include: a new roof; external cladding; lower profile windows; new toilets and kitchen; new brick-built access ramp; new signage and, the top priority, a folding partition to subdivide the main hall and enable more flexible use of space.
